My Approach
I’ve been there…
As a Behavior Analyst with a PhD in Psychology - and a parent myself - I understand that real-life parenting doesn’t happen in a controlled environment.
My approach is rooted in evidence-based strategies that are practical, flexible, and designed to fit into your daily routine.
Tailored Care, Just for You!
I use proven methods based on detailed assessments to really understand what our families needs.
This information helps me create personalized treatment plans that work best for each individual.
By focusing on these results, I make sure that every client's care is effective and fits their unique situation.
Compassionate Care, Every Step!
I approach every session with compassion and without judgement, meeting you exactly where you are that day.
Building a strong, trusting relationship is important to me, and I see our time together as a true partnership.
My goal is to create a supportive, judgement-free space where your needs are always the focus, and together, we find realistic solutions that work for your family.

To start, these sessions are usually with the caregivers only so no need to work around your kids busy schedule.
The work we do is guided by data. We will start each session with data collection and in-session measures to track progress.
Then we will go into wins and challenges of the week. This is often where we discuss specific strategies or interventions to implement.
We will review ‘follow up’ items and check-in with what is working and not working.
Then we will close out for the day and confirm our next appointment and answer any lingering questions!
I want these sessions to work for you and be productive. We have a bidirectional relationship and we are a team to better support your child.

Timelines depend on your personal goals, and everyone moves at their own speed. Our goal is to give you the tools to become independent and manage on your own, so one day, you won’t need our help anymore.
Most families who use our services start to see significant progress in 6-10 sessions.
